Feature&performance: It's suitable for printing color image/trademark onto plastic (metal) cylindrical surface, such as cosmetic tube toothpast , glass glue bottle.etc.
1.The big gear of printing wheel and the gear of printing plate is milled&grinded by special material, which guarantees the abrasion resistance of the gears.the grinding technique ensures the gears run smoothly&quietly , moreover, it benefits overprint to maximum accuracy. On the contrary, most other manufacturers use normal material to mill the gear, and then apply high frequency process,to obtain a quiet operation, they use abrasives for idle running for several days.however printing machine made in this way can't guarantee the quality of overprint.
2.2-floors structure, printing chamber&printing table is connected by bridge,which brings a convenient operation, it's easier to convey soft tubes from printing table on the first floor to printing chamber on the second floor, which helps labor-saving.
3. Electrical control components of the whole machine apply imported famous Japanese or Taiwanese products, and all of them are installed behind the printng table or dryer, no electrical control box is involved, such design saves the space in work shop,and avoid problem caused by uninterntional movement to the electrical control box.
4.We are the first manufacturer to apply timing belt to drive the rotary printing wheel, so to avoid the trouble of frequent replacement of gears, also ensure the machine runs quieter.
5.The whole printing table is supported by 4 big linerar bearings,and driven by the cylinder, such smart design results in the draw back of printing table for some millimeter when there is no soft tube, so to avoid the ink printing on empty printing rollers, this kind of structure is more reasonable than upper-lower driving to the printing table, because when the printing wheel suffers more pressure, the printing table can draw back slightly,so to avoid the hard crush between printing wheel and printing rollers.
