Feature&performance:For heat sealing process of full-plastic tube or aluminum plastic tube in soft tube packing industry.
1.Brief and practical structure is good of easy operation ,it only takes 5 minutes to change production size.
2.German -made sick sensor is applied to position the color code precisely, 2-work-stations mode makes sure the machine positions the color code accurately even in high speed operation.
3.Taiwan-made precise divider connects the woking plate directly,so that the working plate won't have slight movement when it stops,and guarantees the consistency of the products from each work station.
4. High-speed sampling thermal meter (100 milli second/time)is used to control the temperature of the hot air, to guarantee the temperature is stable and even.
5.Mechanical ejection is mild enough to avoid the harm to the product caused by pneumatic ejection.
6.The cutting blade is installed by micron linear orbit,which protects the cutting blade from wearable and extends the service life to 6 months or even longer.
7. Overall machine frame is made of stainless steel,it's clean enough to meet the GMP workshop requirement.
8. Important electrical elements are all employed popular imported products ,so that it's easy to buy and replace when needed.
