Description:
l The machine is a combination of manual / PLC control and automatical control as one of the metallographic sample cutting machines, with very high reliability and control ability.
l Manual and automatic free conversion,
l Touch screen displays a variety of cutting data,
l precise positioning, (iv) cut cutting, absolute cutting, incremental cutting-three functions cutting way, in order to make the cutting room easy to clean and ensure the spindle motor’s safety, we use mechanical and electrical separation.
l The cutting room security guard cover selected transparent plexiglass material.
l The cutting indoor room installed ventilation fan to increase the working room light and clarity.
l The design is more humane, using man-machine engineering principles.
l The device is equipped with a cooling water tank designed for the storage of coolant.
l Cutting sample of rock, ceramic, diamond grinding wheel must be used before cutting.
l Low noise, easy to operate, beautiful appearance, safe to use, and is one of the necessary equipment for laboratory sample preparation.
