2. BP-1124 is direct thermal and thermal transfer label printer. You can use ribbon to print and can also print without ribbon. There is a small roll ribbon in the package for your test purpose. You can buy different ribbon base on your requirements.
3. We do not provide label software.

Warranty&RAM:

RAM procedure:

2.Tell us serial No. of the device. We will appoint after service staff work together with you to solve the problem as soon as possible.
3.If spare parts for repairing requested, please send back the broken part together with guarantee list for our testing and we will send the spare parts or repair it to you once confirmed the problem was caused by our side. Freight cost at our charge. If the problem was made by your side, we will repair it and send it back to you. Freight cost at your charge.
