Main Characteristics:
1. This machine adopts atmospheric pressure fixed channel and can achieve filling range 40ml - 1000ml by controling filling time. It's wide used in Food, Chemical, Medical, Cosmetic, Agrochemical industries, common applied to till Cooling Oil, Pesticide, drink waters etc.
2. PLC programmable system and color touch screen to form the control center, automatic adjust the filling speed. No bottle no filling. The machine can stop automatically & alarm while bottles get blocked. The filling nozzles are equipped with filling blocker (prevent drawing, dropping and leaking). This machine can realize diving filling for foam liquids (Optional).
3. Stainless steel (316/ 304) & Non-poisonous, anti-corrosive PTEF hose are applied for excellent durability and sanitation compliance. The whole machine designed according to GMP standard, easy to dismantle, clean and maintain. Machine equipped safety protection, environmental, sanitary, adapting to various kinds of working places.
4. No need to change any components when changing filling volume or container, reset the machine in-house specification only, simple operation and much helps to save the equipment cost.
