Solar Panel Water Heaters Features description
The split flat plate solar water heater composes of flat plate solar collector, storage water tank, workstation system and interconnecting pieces.
Flat Plate Solar Collector:
1) Copper core and pipes in flat plate as heat exchanger, with a quick startup and super efficiency.
2) Three high-tech methods of coating (Selective coating / Black chrome / Titanium-Nitride-Oxide) to meet your upper needs
3) Ultrasonic technology ensures seamless jointing of copper core and pipes
4) Modularized collector, arbitrary combination with architectural structure, adaptable to either slope or flat roof, little maintenance needed
Pressurized solar panel water heater Water Tank
1) Inner water tank: Food-grade stainless steel SUS304-2B as inner tank keeps the water clean and drinkable, automatic argon-arc welding technics ensures long lifespan (15 years) with good pressure bearing.
2) Water tank shell: Color steel plate much durable and appealing. Stainless steel shell makes it a choice for higher requirements.
3) Insulation Layer: Germany-imported polyurethane integrated foam-forming with twice slaking treatment, preserves hot water constantly.
4) Pressurized water tank with super hydraulic bearing pressure makes your life more comfortable.
5) Copper coil could be installed inside water tank for twice hear exchange efficiently, one more copper coil installed could be connected with radiator or other devices for house heating or connected with other heating devices such as gas to assist solar water heating.
function:
1. Full auto-control water function.
2. Constant temperature, timing electric heater(Power 1.5-4.5KW)
3. Setting temperature(30centigrade-90 centigrade),setting water level(50%-100%)
4. Manual water, supply water of control temperature, auto-water after 15 minutes without water auto- stop after full.
5. Prevent frostbite circulation (Forcing circulation when water temperature of the heat collector below 2 centigrade
6. Manual circulation ( the time of circumfluence could been set 5-99 sec.)
Once open, hot water coming.
7. Supply hot water by manual pressure, manual close pressure or auto-close pressure function after 30 minutes.
8. Avoiding without water heater function (supply water level to 50% firstly ,then auto-startup electric heater whenwater level below 50%)
