1.Rotary dryer description
Rotary Dryer is mainly used for materials with certain humidity or granularities in the field of beneficiation,building materials,metallurgy,etc. It has been widely used due to its great adaptability towards various raw materials,simple structure and reliability.Beneficiation rotary dryer is widely used in building materials, mineral dressing, metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industry, which is widely used to dry the stuff such as limestone, coal powder, slag and clay.Dry materials with certain humidity and granularity in mineral dressing, metallurgy, cement industry, chemical industry, etc.
2.Working principle of rotary dryer
Its principle of operation: the raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.
