Brief Introduction
R-903-1 acrylic enamel is the one-component enamel which made from acrylic resin, pigment, auxiliaries and mixed solvent etc. It dries in room temperature.
Features
Fast dry, bright and full paint film, excellent gloss and color retention, good adhesive force and insulation performance, moisture proof and weather proof.
Application/Use
Very suitable for surface protection and decoration of metal parts and commercial unit, such as motor, water pump, transformer and machine tool etc.

How to use
Use brushing, spraying or dipping method. The viscosity could be adjusted by our special R-903-1-X thinner, for example, if you want use spraying method, the viscosity could be diluted as 20-30s/23°C.
Before using the paint, it is better to stir it totally. For metal parts, it need use epoxy ester undercoat, acrylic primer or ethane etch primer first, and then use this R-903-1 one or two time. The interval time is one hour.
Drying condition: Place the unit in room temperature (about 23°C ) for 24h until dry.
