Brief Introduction
R-902-1 low-resistivity insulating enamel is a two-component enamel which made from acrylic resin, polyurethane curing agent, conductive filler, auxiliaries and thinner. It dries in room temperature.
Features
Fast dry, wear resistant, excellent gloss and color retention, good conduction and insulation performance, good oil and arc resistance.
Application/Use
Very suitable for coating of parts need electric conduction.

How to use
- Mix component A and component B as proportion and to use it right after it was ready. Should you wish to reduce its viscosity, our R-902-X should be used.
- The unit should be dry, clean, no greasy dirt and dust. Brushing, spraying and dipping will be suitable.
- Drying condition: Place the unit in room temperature for 24h until turns dry. As our test, the unit would dry in 1h at 50-100°C.
