VPI impregnating varnish resin R-1140-7
1. Consist of heat-resistant unsaturated polyester resin, modified epoxy resin, reactive thinner and hardener etc.
2. Its heat-resistant classification is H, get UL certification.
Be used for VPI process of class F and H medium type high voltage motor and electric appliance, suitable for VPI process matched with resin poor and resin middle mica tape, and also VPI process with resin rich mould pressing high-voltage motor coils. Besides these, it will fit for the common immersion, vacuum immersion, vacuum dipping and continuous immeron process of common small and medium type motor coils.
