Brief Introduction
R-1448 is the special cementation paint for all types of fibre glass wire. It is made from heat resisting resin, epoxy resin and hardener etc. Its heat-resistant grade is F, comply with the RoHS environmental requirements.
Features
High bond strength, good flexibility and fast dry. With characteristics of high adhesive force, no patina, attrition resistance. Highly optimized for general use.
Applications
Be suitable for all types of level F glass fiber covered wire.
How to use
The temperature of horizontal type large car furnace should be 220-300°C, and vertical type middle car furnace should be 180-220°C.
Packing and Storage
17kg/drum or 180kg/drum with steel drums of 20L or 200L. It can be stored for at least 6months in dry and cool room.
