Introduction
R-1038 resin is a modified varnish based on 1032 Melamine-Alkyd Impregnating varnish. It is made from amino resin, alkyd resin, drier and solvent. It presents in single-component form and with thermal class B. R-1038 complies with the RoHS environmental requirements.
Features
Low cost, good insulation performance, oil and arc resistance, fast fry, shining film.
Applications
It is widely used and suitable for immersion of small and medium type motor winding, transformer, ballast and other apparatus coil. It’s not suitable for hermetic motor.
