Rotary trolley type steel grit blasting equipment throws high speed shot to surface of big castings to remove gravel and scale.

The high speed turbines of rotary trolley steel grit blasting equipment throw steel shot to surface of the workpiece on the trolley so as to remove sticky gravel and scale on big castings, obtaining natural metal color with cetain roughness. Usually, shot blasting is not enough to clean castings with deep angle or convex surface. Air sand blasting becomes a auxiliary method to it. This series of blasting machine mainly applied to clean large works such as construction machinery, machine tools, metallurgy, motor parts and mining machine parts

4.warranty time of shot blasting  machine:12 months from date of commissioning completion,but no more

than 18 months from date of delivery.

5.Payment term:30% as down payment,70%balance at sight of B/L copy before delivery

6.Antai supply full english (or Russian)documents,including general installation drawing,pit design drawing,

manual book,electric wiring diagram,electric manual book and maintenance book ,etc
