KONSON Chicken Wire Mesh (Hexagonal Wire Netting) Gabion Box
Gabion wire mesh offers good ventilation and fencing uses. It is made of twisted carbon steel wire, electro or hot dipped galvanized, then plastic coated, or plain. It can be fabricated into gabions boxes – one of the most popular wire products for flood control. Then stones are put into them. Laying of gabions makes up a wall or bank against water and flood. Gabion mesh can also be welded into poultry netting for breeding of chicken and other poultry. It is popularly used as fences after green coated, and costs can be reduced. In the past years, gabion mesh is made of galvanized iron wire that has been used in fences, breeding and construction reinforcement.
Gabion wire mesh surface treatment is
a. Electro galvanized zinc coating:10g/m2
b. Hot dipped galvanized zinc coating:30-50g/m2
c. Heavy zinc coated:250-300g/m2
d. PVC coated, as usual. PVC thickness is 1mm

3. Characteristics
1. Economcal. It only needs to load a stone cage that can be sealed.
2. Simple construction. Special skills is hardly needed.
3. A strong withstand natural damage and adverse influence of climate. It can also resist errosion.
4. Be able to stand large-scale deformation, and will not collapse.
5. Cage rock crevice between the mud can be used to plant production which enables the surrounding natural environment melt together.
6. Has good permeability to prevent static fluid from causing damage.
7. Save transportation costs. Can be folded up and assembled on site.
