Description
♦The automatic vacuum pillow machine QL001E is mainly used to fill pillow,cushion and
sofa etc,with conjugate hollow siliconzed polyester fiber.
♦Equipment:Bale opener-Blower-Vibration hopper-Fiber opener-Distributor blower-Vacuum
pillow filling system-Vacuum device.
♦First of all put 1 to 2 bales of polyester fiber raw material into the bale breaker by forklift;
set up the filling time according to each pillow or cushion weight that already tested
previously.
♦Start the machine, then the raw material will be loaded to the next program automatically
by a nail apron.
♦The material will be feed into fiber opening machine though a vibration hopper evenly, in
order to get even output after opened.
♦Usually each pillow or cushion can be filled within 6s,controlled by Siemens PLC program.
♦There is no need any finishing operator, cause the pillow already very clean and the
