Description:
· The computerized automatic pillow filling machine line can be used for sleeping pillow, cushion, sofa, chair pads etc.
· The material application can be conjugate hollow siliconzied polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.
· Adopting metallic model V wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged; the V wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire.
· The whole line can be handled by only one operator that only replacing the pillow cases; as it is controlled by Siemens PLC control system with time flow weighing system.
· If a 500g pillow filling, it will be handled for 10pcs per minute.
· It is simple operation, stable and reliable quality which is easy to be understanding by the operators.
