Fully Automatic polyester fiber pillow filling mcahine QL001
Function: Automatic fiber opening & pillow filling machine,
Mainly used for polyester fiber opening and filling into pillow, cushion, pad.
Suitable Raw Material: conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber shorter than 100mm, include microfiber
Feature:
1. Do not damage fiber and produce better product
- Several rollers opening principle, opening rate can be 98% up. Do not damage precent crimp and smooth of fiber and the fiber keeps elastic, soft and good hand feeling.

- The fiber wrapping against device of rollers and running deviation against device of conveyer belt makes machine easy for maintenance and more stable.
