Application
•Removing heat generated crack cast aluminum pieces.
• Strengthening shot.

High-end surface treatment of complex castings
Equipped with dual manipulator robot holding a workpiece to be clean up, and sends it to the device. Then, the cleaned workpiece holding it, and move it outside the robot workspace. It can then be cleaned another workpiece mounted on a robot arm. A robot retracted, shot blasting chamber door will close immediately.
Fixing machinery in the hands of the workpiece in the forefront of the blast wheel vertical and horizontal axes of rotation, in order to achieve all of the workpiece surface and internal passages thorough shot blasting.
