Summarize
Quad toothed roller crusher suitable for compression strength less than 240Mpa, humidity less than 30% of the medium hard and soft materials.In addition,it is for fine and intermediate crushing which has few powder and lots of grains. Such as coal, coke, fertilizer, raw material, petroleum coke, glass, chemicals and other solid materials.
Features: low use and maintenance costs,high ratio of reduction, high reliability, low dust , low noise.
Quad toothed roller crusher has four abrasive rollers, the two on the topside are toothed rollers,the two on te bottom are overlay welding rollers(flat rollers or straight teeth rollers),It is suitable for the materials(feed size is less than 700mm,discharge size required 2mm-30mm) to proceed medium and fine crushing.Such as thermal power plant crushing the coal for fluidized bed boiler and ordinary boiler;fertilizer plant crushing the fertilizer raw material;solar industry crushing waste glass tube;or in the similar occasion as above.
Principle work
Quad toothed roller crusher has four high-strength wear-resistant grinding rollers,the materials was crushed by the high extrusion and cutting from the four rollers' counter rotating.The materials enter into the space(V -crushing cavity) between the top of rollers, be extruding and cut(rough crushing) by the two rollers' counter rotating, then the materials enter into the bottom rollers to proceed secondary extruding,cut and grinded(fine crushing) to the required discharge size and transported by the conveyer.

1.Method of definition(4PG0812CT(Y)): 4 means four rollers; P means crusher, G mean roller; 08 mean roller diameter(800mm); 12 mean roller width(1200mm); C means toothed roller, T(Y) means spring (hydraulic) protection.
