Technical parameters:
1,The machine is made of angle iron and square tube steel been welded,the structure is made up of cold rolled steel plate,the bearing is well sealed,preventing been saturated by painting.
2,The machine use electrostatic spraying (180℃ bake),beautifull,corrosion resisting,easy cleaning.
3,The material of the rubber roller is imported,diameter 150mm,processed by CNC,the diameter of the smooth roller is 90mm,the surface is chromeplated,also processed by CNC.
4,The distance between the smooth and rubber roller is adjusted by the cooperation of worm gear and devotail elevator,matched with roller conveyor.
5,Using three-phase asynchronous reducer motor,the speed is controled by Taiwan Delta frequency converter,with stable ability.
6,Using German OSRAM lamp,the working time can pass 800 hours.The reflector is made in America,with good ability.
7,Using special cooling systerm,the temperature is controled by digital temperature controller,protect the ultravioletray and keep the usage high,the brand of the fan is POPULA.One year for quality guarantee(except lamp),life-long maintenance.
8,The power is Taiwan format,four lines,low heating,save energy,high woking efficiency.
9,Using french Schneider electic,with high sensitivity,durable in use.
