Detailed Product Description of 600ml bottle blow moluding machine:
PET multi-cavity automatic blow molding machine is a high speed linear stretch blow moulding machine which is developed and manufactured by our Company using the state-of-the-art bottle blowing technology. Owing to the machine's high degree of automation, high production efficiency,high safety, high stability and reliability, the products made will not be contaminated in any intermediate steps, and it can be matched up directly with the production line of filling and can be widely used in production of mineral water, carbonic acid beverage, juice, tea and heat-resistence bottle products. This machine is specially designed for the purpose of high output, so the maximum volume of the bottle it can blow is 600ml.

1.Operation is simple and easy for user because of its high automation as well as intellectual man-machine interface.
2.Compacted mechanical structure with stable heating system and adjustable technical parameters greatly reduces the consumption of water, electricty and air, thus reducing the cost of production.
3.No contamination is found because of the automation in uploading and processing of preform, automation in picking of finished bottle

Our factory:
All the cavity molds(moulds) of 600ml bottle blow moluding machine are manufactured by ourselves. We have our own CNC processing machine and experienced engineer, who has been making cavity molds at least 5 years. Besides the cavity molds, other hardware parts are also produced by ourselves. Thus we have strong confidence in the stability of our machine because all parts can jointed and worked as a integrated unit.
