PET bottle crushing and washing machine which is we digestion and absorption foreign advanced technology and R&D design and manufacture cleaning equipment,it is divided into unpacked,washing,sorting,remove metal ,crushing,floating washing,hot washing,friction, dehydrated ,drying ,packaging,and so on processing section,the equipment can produce high quality PET flakes,it can used to produce renewable PET polyester products and other PET related products,it drastically change the past renewable PET bottle chips can not be done Polyester long Fiber history.The production line have reasonable design,high-mechanization,less investment,easy maintenance,has been sold at home and abroad customers.
1. Bale opener 1Set
Open the baled PET bottles into individual bottles, controlled by inverter
2. Small manual sorting belt 1 set
Simply pick out the steel wires, films or other big impurities.
3. Belt conveyor 1 Set
Delivery bottles to the pre-washing machine.
4. Pre-washing machine 1 Set
Peeling the 90% labels and 50% caps of the bottles, washing the bottles by cold water. Clean bottles will be convenient for manual sorting and it will be more efficient to increase the capacity of the crusher.
5. Manual sorting belt 1Set
The belt length is 6 m, the workers separate different color bottles and non-PET materials. It's equipped with metal detector.
6. Crusher 2 Set
This crusher is designed for wet crushing. It is equipped with eight rotating and four stationery knives. Crusher is supplied with standard grid size of 12mm and spare grid of 10 mm(Custom made).
7. Screw conveyor 1 Set
Transport flakes to the hot washing.
8. Hot water washing chamber 2Set
Washing the flakes from labels, dirt and other residues by water heated to 85 ° C. Overflow on top of washing chamber, remove cups and rest of the paper. The water heated by steam from steam boiler, or burn the water directly from the bottom by oil or gas.
9. Friction washing tank 1Set
The flakes are efficiently cleaned insight in drum with blades on rotor turning 1, 200RPM. Flakes are rubbing against each other as well as against the rotating auger. The auger moves the flakes forward and clean last remains of dirt.
10. Floating washing tank 2 Set
Flotation/sink tank separate the material according to their density. PET sinks to the bottom and is discharged by a screw conveyor. Remains of caps and rings made of PE and labels of PP float on the top and are moved by rotating shovels to side of washing tank. Small screw conveyor takes them out.
11. Centrifugal dryer 1Set
The wet flakes are dewatered in horizontal centrifuge. Flakes are dry to 2.5% of humidity.
12. Drying bunker 1Set
Drying the flakes by electricity of 11kw, 2000L storage silo has fan blower conveyor filling station to the big bags
13. Electrical control systems 1 Set
Whole line is controlled via two main control boxes and two panels. Switch to each machine on the panel, plus frequency control display.
