Composed devices

1.hydraulic entry car

◆The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils to the un-coiler.

◆It is driven vertically by hydraulic pressure and the level movement is driven by cycloid electromotor .

2. Cantilever decoiler

◆It adopts the hydraulic oil cylinder to make the decoiler expandable and fit to the inner diameter of coils. It is equipped with the cantilever .

◆60N.m moment motor drive the coils running and can do forward and reverse running as well as do the decoiling with tension.

3. press and pinch and feed device

◆two hydraulic oil cylinders controls the lifting of the de-coiling rollers

◆cycloidal pinwheel decelerator drives steel rolls running

◆through hydraulic shovel and hydraulically press against steel ,etc to feeding steel plates

◆Hydraulic pinch which is driven by 5.5kw motor, is equipped with hand clutch. The pinch and feed rollers press down hydraulically. It is driven by down rollers. The diameter of the oil cylinder is φ100

4. side guide device

◆It uses rollers on the both sides to direct strips into straightening device.

◆The distance of rollers aside are adjusted by hand wheel.

5. straightener

◆It makes uneven steels even and guide them to the right following process. It also do the fixed length cutting and fixed quantity packing to the plates.

◆It is composed of 13 working rollers, driving device, (including 2 pinch rollers), and 2 pinch code rollers and machine frame. Both sides of each rolling wheel is transmitted by needle pins, except the code rollers, all are the main force rollers.

◆the working rollers use two 2.2kw electric machine to adjust the upper and lower gap through the turbine decelerator box to make sure the even quality.

◆Drive model: all the independent rollers and gear box are driven by 55kw DC electromotor and decelerate by decelerator .

◆At the exit, it is equipped with the code fixed length system which worked with PLC to cut the plates as per the different requirements
