Ultrasonic STS AMR Water Meter measure water flow by detecting ultrasonic beam when the water velocity changing, analyzing ultrasonic beam to measure water velocity to draw a conclusion that the water discharge.
It has high accuracy reach to R200, and would not measure air, not be effected by sand.
It has Real-time clock (RTC), real-time volume calculation & monthly billing data etc. functions to provide real-time water consumption statistics. Meanwhile it has Friendly Period management function to ensure the water use in holidays and duty-off time Periods as human-based management of water supply.
Method of application
1) Data Collection
LAISON DCU could collect meter’s data via RF Wireless Communication, In the meantime, All the data can be uploaded to the Center Management System via Internet for customer monitor or data statistic. Following parameters can be collected now:
1) Battery Voltage
2) Total Consumed Water
3) Total Purchased Water
4) Monthly Consumed Data
3) Meter’s Working Status (Valve Status)
4) Event Record
In Future, Other basic parameters like Total Purchased Water, Balance Credit, Alarm Value etc. can be collected and uploaded.
2) Open / Close Valve Remotely
Once some illegal situation happened, the operator could close the valve remotely in system.
Open valve or close valve command could be sent to DCU via Internet, and communicate with meter through RF Wireless, to realize bi-directional communication between Center Management System and LAISON Smart Prepaid Water Meter.
3) Remotely Recharge
Operator could remotely recharge the water meter by GPRS or Internet. Customer no need input 20 digits token by hands with CIU.
4) information Query
Operator could query all the information of water meter including hourly usage data, monthly usage data warning data, valve open/close data, open cover data.
