Oil deacidification and deodorization technology-oil refinery equipment
Combined deacidification, deodorization tower is the most common used and advanced deacidification equipment. The use of the equipment greatly improve the efficiency of the deacidification, adaptability, especially suitable for the physical refining of high acid value oil, low equipment investment, the dosage of direct steam is 30% less than layer board tower. Combination upper tower is stainless steel corrugated packing, when the downstream of oil distributor occurs the up steam directly. It is quickly to remove the free fatty acid, and reduce the formation of trans acids, ensure food safety of refined oil effectively. The lower plate is column structure, which take the main thermal decoloring and removing stink role, and in this way, to ensure product quality and flavor.
The raw materials for oil producting cover soybean, peanut, cotton seed, sunflower seed, palm kernel, sesame and so on. They are the most common oilseeds and have lots of advantages such as high quality and high output.
