Moveable skip foot mounted safety chuck SKO/SKW50
SKO/SKW50 is foot mounted sliding safety chuck with reel holding mouth. It is equiped with a handwheel to adjust safety chuck's sliding stroke from left to right or from right to left in a distance flexible. Its sliding stroke is 50mm and 100mm available.
Sliding safety chuck is based on regular manual safety chuck, so it is also made of a couple set. SKOF is "without" handwheel, SKWF is "with" handwheel. This sliding safety chuck moved left or right via handwheel to adjust shat roller position, so as to make sure the material keeping in the center of roller. With this skip safety chuck, it is easy for stroke adjustment slightly, so as to make web rolling material tension is the same, rolled material tidy and smooth.

This safety chuck is widely applied in working machinery, coiling machine, wire equipment, paper making machinery, trimming machinery, winding and unwinding, orientation machine, tension controller, packaging machinery, printing machinery, textile machine, car guide equipment and etc.
In this case, sliding safety chuck is installed in coating machine. It is cooperated with pneumatic expanding shaft for roller material loading unloading and winding unwinding.
