Welding technology and process:
1.TIG welding (argon arc welding) :
TIG welding is a very fine and high quality welding technique. It uses tungsten electrodes to generate an arc, while an inert gas (usually argon) is injected into the welding area to protect the molten metal from air contamination. This welding method can produce a clean and uniform weld without splashing, which is suitable for welding various metals, especially materials with high welding quality requirements.
2.MIG welding (metal inert gas welding) :
Features: MIG welding is an efficient welding technology. It uses a continuous wire feed electrode and an inert gas (such as carbon dioxide or a gas mixture) to generate an arc and protect molten metal. MIG welding speed is fast, the welding process is relatively simple, suitable for welding a large number of products and larger size of the workpiece.
