ZSH Series Biochemical Incubator
Purpose Overview: The ZSH series biochemical incubators are equipped with a dual-direction temperature control system for both cooling and heating, offering a wide range of applications. They can maintain a constant temperature throughout the year, making them indispensable laboratory equipment for water analysis, BOD determination, microbiology, genetics, medicine, health and epidemic prevention, environmental protection, agriculture, and animal husbandry in scientific research and educational departments. They are widely used in constant temperature testing, culture experiments, and environmental testing.
Product Features:
Large LCD screen with multi-group data display and touch-button operation for easy understanding.
Equipped with a microcomputer P.I.D intelligent temperature control instrument with LCD display for controlling temperature and time, featuring an over-temperature alarm function.
The base is fitted with universal wheels and independent fixed feet, allowing for free direction adjustment and locking for easy movement.
The corners of the door are designed with a prismatic semi-circular arc shape, and the cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel for classic durability.
The inner liner is made of stainless steel, with removable and adjustable shelves for easy cleaning and disinfection without dead corners.
The observation window features a double-door design, with the inner door made of tempered glass and the outer door equipped with a magnetic seal for excellent thermal insulation.
Uses a brand-name compressor with a self-monitoring and auto-on/off control program for stable and reliable long-term operation.
Responds to environmental refrigeration initiatives by using fluorine-free environmentally friendly refrigerants, with controllable cooling power for intelligent reliability (F series).
Utilizes crossflow fans for enhanced convection circulation, ensuring the air flow and temperature uniformity inside the box.
Features parameter memory and power-on data recovery functions to ensure data is not lost in the event of a power outage or system shutdown.
Allows for the setting of temperature alarm points based on experimental needs; the device will automatically alarm if the temperature exceeds the set value.
The modular refrigeration unit is equipped with functions such as startup delay and shutdown intervals to effectively extend the life of the compressor.
Uses a stepless speed switch to adjust the fan speed, preventing sample moisture loss due to excessive wind speed during experiments.
For BOD tests (BOD incubators), the BOD socket is an optional accessory that provides power for electrified tests inside the box, featuring waterproof functionality.
