1. introductions
The low-temperature device mainly consists of liquid nitrogen Dewar, low-temperature container, infusion pipeline, heater, solenoid valve, pressure regulating controller, etc. According to their functions, they can be divided into three parts: liquid nitrogen Dewar, infusion system, and low-temperature container.
The liquid nitrogen dewar is a container for holding liquid nitrogen, and the liquid nitrogen dewar used in this device is a specially produced liquid nitrogen dewar for this device. (This Duwa tank can withstand a pressure not exceeding 0.03 MPa)
Low temperature container is the main part of low-temperature equipment. It mainly consists of a container body, a sampler ejector, a sample holder, a cooling chamber, a sample guide groove, a temperature control probe, etc. The low-temperature tank is controlled by single-chip microcomputer technology, with digital temperature values, automatic temperature control, automatic timing, and automatic alarm. It is easy to operate and safe, with fast cooling speed, large volume, and high temperature control accuracy. It is an ideal sample cooling and insulation equipment for low-temperature impact testing of metal materials.
