  • The DS200CTBAG1ADD is a terminal board manufactured by General Electric (GE) for use in the Mark V Speedtronic system. It primarily serves as an interface to connect Mark V series controllers with external devices, supporting analog I/O, digital I/O, and RS-232/485 connections. It enables reliable signal transmission between controllers and field equipment, facilitating the measurement and monitoring of turbine parameters (e.g., speed, pressure, temperature), control of turbine speed and power, and protection of turbines from damage.

  • Design & Hardware Components

  • Physical Design：A narrow, elongated circuit board with drilled holes at each corner and along the long edges for hardware mounting and connections. Two of these holes are surrounded by conductive material. The board is marked with identifiers, including a board ID number and the company logo.
  • Key Components：

    • Two COREBUS connectors (JAI and JAJ)

    • Two dual-layer terminal blocks

    • Five vertical pin cable connectors and two vertical pin headers

    • One 9-pin male serial connector

    • Resistor network arrays, relays, and transistors

    • Over 20 metal oxide varistors (MOVs) for surge protection

    • A dozen jumper switches for configuration

    • Multiple capacitors and resistors
