SC-4016DThe letter embossing machine is a device specially developed for luggage and footwear products. It presses hardware patterns or letters onto leather, ensuring a smooth and tight bond without damaging the hardware or the leather surface. The machine is easy to operate, efficient and fast, making it an excellent helper for enhancing the quality of leather products.
Regular version: It features simple operation. The mold positioning is adjusted by hand crank, and after positioning is completed, pressure can be directly applied. It is suitable for scenarios where operational convenience is required and the production requirements are relatively basic.
Anti-hand injury version: Further upgraded in safety and precision, it is equipped with a mold adjustment switch. The small cylinder positioning protection avoids hand injuries during operation, while the large cylinder pressurization ensures that the surface coating of the LOGO is not damaged. It can accurately and stably fit the LOGO letters onto the material surface, forming a unique logo and enhancing the aesthetics and recognition of the product.
Supercharged cylinder version: It has more precise pressure control and is also equipped with a mold adjustment switch. It adopts two-stage pressing. In the first stage, the pressure rod descends to contact the product, and in the second stage, the pressure is increased for pressing. This gradual pressing method can better adapt to the pressing needs of products made of different materials, ensuring perfect pressing effects while not damaging the surface coating of LOGO letters.
