Three. Instructions for use
1． connect the gas source (2): the pressure of the barometer to 4-6kg/.
2． power switch (1): set to open, the machine can work.
3．foot switch (3): automatic / manual switch (4) to manual, after stepping down, the machine starts to work.
4. Automatic/manual switch (4): When cut to "automatic", the machine is not controlled by pedal switch, or (16) cap cylinder center.
5． adjust the bottle stop jig (adjustment method is detailed in note two).
6． mobile air pressure hand slide to send gas and power supply.
7. Trial machine: adjust the air pressure of the pneumatic device, the speed of the cylinder of the left and right friction wheels, the torque and time setting and so on.
Note 1. how to adjust the height of the lock cover.
2. relax (11) a total of two.
3. To rotate (10) the handwheel (rising clockwise and falling counterclockwise) so that (5) the lower edge of the glue lock cap is 2.
4. after adjustment, (11) lock the handle.
Note two: how to adjust the bottle stop fixture.
1. relax the retaining screws of the bottle holder, (15) the bottle holder can move back and forth.
2. Align the center of 18 bottle caps to (14) the center of the lock cap to (14) the center line of the lock cap or (12) the center of the fixed air posts.
3. Lock the retaining screws of the bottle holder.
