MOPAO4S double Discs Sample Automatic Polisher Grinder
Overview:
The automatic grinding and polishing machine is a double-disc desktop grinding and polishing machine. According to international standards, it adopts international advanced technology to develop and manufacture a new type of grinding and polishing equipment that integrates central afterburner and single-point afterburner.
Features:
The rotation direction of the grinding and polishing disk can be selected arbitrarily, and the grinding and polishing disk can be quickly replaced; the multi-sample clamp tester, and the specific pneumatic single-point loading and center loading functions.
This machine adopts an advanced microprocessor control system, which makes the rotation speed of the grinding and polishing disc and the grinding and polishing head infinitely adjustable, and the setting of sample preparation pressure and time is intuitive and convenient.
Only need to replace the grinding and polishing disc or sandpaper and fabric to complete the grinding and polishing process. So that the machine shows a wider range of applications.
It has the characteristics of stable rotation, safety and reliability, low noise and the use of cast aluminum base to increase the rigidity of grinding and polishing.
The machine is equipped with a water cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding to prevent the metallographic structure from being damaged due to overheating of the sample and to wash away the abrasive grains at any time. It is more beautiful and elegant, and has improved anti-corrosion, anti-rust performance and easy to clean.
It is suitable for automatic sample preparation in the process of rough grinding, fine grinding, rough polishing and fine polishing of metallographic samples. It is an ideal sample preparation equipment for enterprises, scientific research units and college laboratories.
