Exceptional Chemical & Abrasion Resistance: Manufactured from premium NBR, EPDM, and Polyurethane compounds specifically formulated to resist degradation from water, fats, oils, sulphides, chromium salts, and other harsh chemicals used in soaking, liming, tanning, and dyeing processes.
High-Pressure & High-Temperature Stability: Designed to maintain precise hardness and dimensional integrity under the extreme pressures of splitting, setting, and embossing machines, as well as the elevated temperatures of drying and plating operations.
Precision Engineering for Quality Finish: Guarantees perfect concentricity and a uniform, defect-free surface. This is critical for achieving consistent leather thickness (in splitting), a smooth grain (in setting), and precise patterns (in embossing), directly impacting the final leather quality and yield.
Anti-Corrosion & Long Service Life: Roller cores and components are treated or constructed from stainless steel or specially coated steel to prevent rust in wet processing environments, significantly extending the operational life of the roller assembly.
