1.Product overview
The KY5800D Integrated Differential Pressure Transmitter employs an imported diffused silicon differential pressure oil - filled core (silicon piezoresistive differential pressure core) as the central pressure - sensing element. It is equipped with 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragms, an all - stainless steel housing, and integrated stainless steel joints, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The device features built - in dedicated integrated circuits and offers comprehensive temperature compensation, characterized by high precision, strong anti - interference capability, and long - term operational stability and reliability. It converts sensor signals into standard voltage, current, or RS485 digital signal outputs. Electrical connections are available in multiple options, including Hirschmann connectors, aviation plugs, and direct wiring. The pressure interface adopts a threaded connection design, allowing direct installation on measurement pipelines or connection via pressure conduits for convenient differential pressure measurement. The product is widely used in process control, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, medical equipment, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems for differential pressure, liquid level, and flow measurement and control.
