This Marine Flanged Manual High Pressure Ball Valve is professionally designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the national marine standard CB/T 3191-92, which is specially developed for harsh marine working environments. As a key control component in ship piping systems, it adopts a scientific floating ball structure and standard flanged connection, ensuring high reliability, tight sealing performance and long service life even under high pressure and frequent vibration conditions on board ships, naval vessels and offshore platforms.
Equipped with a high-pressure resistant structure, this CB/T 3191-92 marine ball valve can withstand extreme fluid pressure, making it perfectly suitable for critical ship systems such as fuel oil, lubrication and high-pressure water pipelines. It adopts manual lever operation with a quick 90° quarter-turn design, and the ergonomic handle allows for easy and labor-saving opening and closing, enabling immediate and accurate on-off control without the need for additional actuators, which greatly improves the efficiency of on-board operation.
The valve features excellent sealing performance and zero leakage, thanks to its floating ball structure that realizes automatic sealing under pressure. The seat is made of high-quality PTFE or NBR material, which not only has excellent corrosion resistance and low friction, but also meets the environmental protection requirements of marine operations. The valve body and internal parts are available in SS304/SS316 stainless steel or WCB carbon steel with anti-rust coating, effectively resisting seawater corrosion, salt spray and humidity, and adapting to long-term marine use.
With a full bore design, this marine flanged manual high pressure ball valve has minimal flow resistance, which can reduce energy loss in the pipeline and maintain excellent flow capacity while preventing blockages, making it ideal for high-flow media applications on ships. It covers a size range of DN15 to DN200, with pressure ratings of PN16/PN25/PN40 (customizable), and the flanged connection (RF face) conforms to marine flange standards, ensuring firm installation and leak-proof sealing with the pipeline.
