Advantage of stainless steel hydraulic press machine
1. PLC control machine work auto or manual.
2. This kind stainless steel hydraulic press machine mold plate is bigger than old press machine, so capacity is bigger than old type.
3. Total stainless steel hydraulic press machine we use stainless steel made, include mold, featuring wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. Easy for clean, after one day finish working, can use water to clean, no problem.
5. This pressure is bigger than old type, so final product density will be high, long burning time.
6. There is a mixing shaft inside the feed hopper to prevent difficult blanking.
7. Mold shape can be customized, also can make logo on it.
8. No need install, when receive machine, connect electric is ok.
Suitable material and shape for stainless steel hydraulic press machine
Machine suitable for many material, like ready charcoal, coke, coal, mineral powder, and other kind material like coconut shell, nut shell, wood, sawdust, bamboo, these kind material need make carbonizing first and make become charcoal, then can through more processing and make briquette.
PRODUCTION LINE
Different customer needs is different, because it have different material, different capacity, different shape need make, so now i explain roughly production line for you, exact production line is according to your requirement make.
1. Make your material become charcoal by carbonizing furnace. (if is ready charcoal, will no need carbonizing)
2. Crush big size charcoal into powder less than 2 mm.
3. Owing to charcoal powder have no stickiness, so need add some binder into it and mix.
4. After mixed material will going into stainless steel sawdust charcoal briquette and forming into different shapes and sizes.
5. The last step is make briquette dry, can use our dryer machine, also can use sunshine to dry.
