Product Overview
Our EN 10216-2 P235GH seamless non-alloy steel tubes are specifically designed for pressure purposes at elevated temperatures. Manufactured by the cold drawing process at our Wuxi facility, these tubes are suitable for boilers, superheaters, heat exchangers, and pressure piping systems operating at temperatures up to 400°C.
Quality Levels:
TC1 – Standard quality level for general pressure applications
TC2 – Higher quality level with Charpy impact testing (27J min at 0°C)

Cold Drawing Process for Pressure Tubes:
Hot rolled tubes are pickled to remove scale
Cold drawing precisely reduces the diameter – increases strength
Annealing (normalizing) – ensures fine grain structure, restores ductility
Straightening – ensures straightness for installation
Precision cutting – to exact customer length
100% NDT and hydrostatic testing – guarantees integrity
Charpy impact testing (TC2) – verifies low temperature toughness
