Our prepainted steel coil is manufactured with premium galvanized (GI) or galvalume (GL) substrate and imported environmental protective paint. High Anti-corrosion SubstrateTwo substrate options: galvanized steel (GI) and galvalume steel (GL). Uniform zinc or aluminum-zinc alloy coating effectively isolates moisture and air. PPGL material performs excellently in coastal high salt-spray areas, extending service life greatly.
Multiple Top-Grade Paint CoatingsOptional coating types: PE, HDP, SMP, PVDF. PVDF coating offers 15–20 years outdoor anti-fade lifespan, resisting UV radiation, chalking and discoloration under long-term sunlight exposure.
Ultra Strong Paint AdhesionDouble-layer coating technology with top coat and back protective coat. No cracking, peeling or paint falling after bending, stamping and deep processing.
