1.Product Introduction
This 100 TPD Rotary Dryer is purpose-built to pre-treat coco peat for premium organic fertilizer production. It continuously processes 100 tons of raw coco peat daily, efficiently lowering its high moisture content to the exact levels required for fertilizer blending, pelletizing, and stable packaging.
2.Application
Clump-Breaking Design: Features specialized internal flights that break up spongy, moisture-packed coco peat clusters, ensuring $100\%$ uniform and deep drying.
Preserves Organic Nutrient Value: Utilizes precise, low-to-medium temperature controls to rapidly evaporate water without scorching the material or degrading its natural beneficial properties.
High Efficiency & Throughput: Engineered for high-volume commercial production, maximizing heat transfer while lowering fuel consumption per ton of dried peat.
3.Working Principle
Wet coco peat is fed into the inclined rotating drum, where customized internal plates continuously lift and cascade it through a controlled hot air stream. As the drum rotates, the loose coco peat moves forward, rapidly exchanging heat with the air to release its deeply held moisture. The dried material is then discharged continuously at the end, while a high-efficiency cyclone collector cleanly separates the premium fertilizer feedstock from the humid exhaust air.
