1. Product Overview
This product is a virgin modified PC/ABS alloy with a precise formula of 40% PC and 60% ABS, serving as a cost-effective and versatile mid-grade alloy material. Adopting professional blending and modification technology, it perfectly integrates the high toughness, heat resistance and excellent impact resistance of PC with the high fluidity, easy molding and high-gloss surface advantages of ABS. It effectively solves the common defects of pure PC (poor fluidity and easy stress cracking) and pure ABS (insufficient heat resistance and toughness). Manufactured with 100% virgin raw materials without recycled materials or impurities, it features stable batch performance and is highly suitable for large-scale precision injection molding production.

Balanced Rigidity and Toughness with Standard 40% PC RatioThe moderate 40% PC content maintains excellent impact resistance while avoiding the drawbacks of high-PC materials such as excessive hardness, difficult molding and high cracking risk. The material supports various post-processing technologies including spraying, electroplating, laser engraving and frosting.
