Product Description
This coal drying system is a professional industrial unit tailored for the precise moisture reduction demand, which stably processes raw coal with initial moisture of 30% and reduces the final moisture of finished coal to 10% ±1%. It effectively boosts coal calorific value, cuts transportation costs and eliminates spontaneous combustion risks during storage, and can be seamlessly connected with upstream coal washing systems to form a fully automated continuous production line.
Working Principle
Powered by a heavy-duty transmission assembly, the large-diameter rotary drum runs at a calibrated low speed. 30% high-moisture coal is evenly fed into the drum, and the optimized cascading lifting flights scatter materials to form a uniform material curtain, which fully contacts with hot air for sufficient heat exchange. The system dynamically adjusts hot air parameters through real-time moisture feedback, accurately controlling the drying process to make the final moisture stably reach 10%. The evaporated water vapor is purified by the multi-stage dust removal system and discharged up to standard, and the qualified dried coal is continuously output.
