Product Description
This coal dryer thermal efficiency improvement solution is a targeted industrial optimization service tailored for existing coal drying systems with low operation efficiency. It diagnoses the bottlenecks of the original system, carries out targeted transformation and parameter optimization, effectively raises the overall thermal efficiency of the dryer, reduces unit energy consumption, and is widely applicable to coal washing plants, power plants and various coal processing scenarios that have been put into operation.
Working Principle
The optimization follows a systematic industrial transformation logic:
Carry out on-site full-process detection to find out the bottlenecks such as unreasonable hot air distribution, serious heat loss, and low heat exchange efficiency.
Optimize the internal structure of the dryer, adjust the layout of lifting flights, and improve the contact uniformity between materials and hot air.
