Working Principle:
The machine adopts a refined outer casing to enclose all components, protecting the equipment from external contamination. It is especially suitable for applications with stringent environmental requirements.
This unit is equipped with a motor-driven special gear pump characterized by low noise, strong self-priming capacity and stable operation.
A coarse filter installed upstream of the pump protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter.
Dual-stage filtration consisting of a primary pre-filter and a secondary fine filter is arranged after the pump for higher filtration efficiency. An overflow protection device is fitted to effectively safeguard the hydraulic system. The filter housing features a quick-open structure; the top cover can be rapidly opened without any tools to facilitate filter element replacement.
A pressure gauge, indicator lights and an alarm are mounted on the outer panel to continuously display the system operating status and the contamination level of filter elements during operation.
The electrical system is equipped with a comprehensive motor protection device to prevent motor damage caused by overload and phase loss.
The cabinet door is opened and closed via elastic latches and supported by hydraulic struts. It can be quickly unlocked and automatically lifted for convenient maintenance.
