Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can this screen be used for both windows and doors?
A: Yes, it is designed for both windows and doors. The 18x16 mesh and 1.0mm thickness provide sufficient strength for door frames while maintaining good visibility for windows.
Q2: Is the material safe for use near food or children?
A: PET is a food-grade material commonly used in packaging. It is non-toxic, odorless, and safe for residential use, including around children and pets.
Q3: How do I cut the screen to size?
A: You can cut it easily with ordinary scissors or a utility knife. No special tools are required. We recommend cutting slightly larger than the frame for a snug fit.
Q4: Does this screen fade or become brittle in sunlight?
A: The material is UV-stabilized to resist degradation from sunlight. However, prolonged exposure to extreme UV may cause slight color change over several years, but the structural integrity remains good.
