As a leading manufacturer since 1998, Anping County Boli Hardware Wiremesh Products Factory proudly presents our PET Mesh Functional Window Screen, designed to deliver exceptional airflow and durability. With a precise 24x24 mesh count and 0.5mm yarn diameter, this screen achieves a remarkable 60% airflow rate, ensuring your spaces remain well-ventilated while keeping insects out. Backed by a 3-year warranty, our PET mesh screen combines advanced material technology with trusted craftsmanship, making it a reliable choice for residential and commercial applications worldwide.

Our PET mesh window screen is engineered for performance and longevity. Unlike traditional fiberglass screens, the PET material offers superior resistance to UV rays, corrosion, and tearing, ensuring a longer service life even in harsh climates. The 24x24 mesh configuration provides an optimal balance between visibility, air passage, and insect protection, while the 0.5mm yarn diameter maintains structural integrity without compromising airflow. This functional design makes it ideal for areas requiring high ventilation, such as kitchens, patios, and greenhouses.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What is the difference between PET mesh and fiberglass mesh?
A: PET mesh is more resistant to UV rays, chemicals, and moisture, making it less prone to yellowing and brittleness. It also offers higher airflow due to its thinner yarn and open structure.
Q: Can this screen be used for doors or sliding windows?
A: Yes, the screen is flexible and can be customized to fit any frame size. It is suitable for windows, doors, patios, and even ventilation panels.
Q: How do I install the PET mesh screen?
A: Installation is similar to standard insect screens. It can be cut to size, fitted into a frame with spline and roller, or attached using adhesive tape for temporary use. Detailed instructions are available upon request.
Q: Is the 60% airflow rate accurate for all sizes?
A: The 60% open area is a nominal value based on the 24x24 mesh and 0.5mm yarn. Small variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, but the airflow remains significantly higher than conventional screens.
Q: What colors are available?
A: We offer standard colors like black, grey, and white. Custom colors can be produced for large orders with a minimum quantity.
Q: Does the screen come with a warranty?
A: Yes, we provide a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including tearing, excessive shrinkage, or color fading under normal use.
Q: How should I clean the PET mesh screen?
A: Use a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or high-pressure washers that might damage the mesh.
Q: Can I order sample rolls before bulk purchase?
A: Absolutely. We offer free samples (up to 30cm x 30cm) for evaluation. Please contact our sales team to arrange shipping.
