Advantages & Customer Benefits
- Superior Sun Protection: Blocks up to 80% of UV radiation, reducing sun damage to interiors and skin — ideal for sunrooms, patios, and large windows.
- Enhanced Visibility: The 48-mesh design provides a clear outward view while preventing insects from entering. Unlike traditional sun screens, our PET mesh maintains excellent transparency.
- Durable & Long-Lasting: UV-stabilized polyester resists yellowing, brittleness, and tear under prolonged sun exposure. The material is also resistant to moisture, mold, and mildew.
- Easy Installation: Lightweight and flexible, the screen can be easily cut to size and installed using standard window screen frames, spline, or adhesive tape.
- Standard Compliance: Our product meets recognized quality standards (details available upon request), ensuring consistent mesh size, color fastness, and tensile strength.
- Customizable Options: We offer custom widths, lengths, colors, and edge finishes (hemmed or taped) to fit your specific requirements. Low minimum order quantities available.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Is this screen made of recyclable material?
A: Yes, the PET polyester used is recyclable. The UV-stabilized coating does not affect the recyclability of the base material. Please check with your local recycling facilities for specific guidelines.
Q2: Can I install this screen myself?
A: Absolutely. The screen is lightweight and flexible, making it easy to cut with scissors or a utility knife. It can be fitted into standard window screen frames using spline, or attached with adhesive tape for temporary installations. Detailed installation instructions are available upon request.
Q3: How does this compare to fiberglass window screens?
A: PET polyester screens offer superior UV resistance and sun protection compared to fiberglass. They are also more resistant to sagging and tearing. However, fiberglass may be more economical for basic insect screening. Our product is specifically designed for sun protection applications.
Q4: What colors are available? Can I match my house exterior?
A: Standard colors are black, gray, and white. We also offer custom colors with a minimum order quantity. Please contact us with your color reference (Pantone or RAL code) for a quote.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For standard colors and sizes, the MOQ is 1 roll (30m x 1.2m). For custom colors or special sizes, the MOQ is typically 100–200 rolls. We can discuss based on your project needs.
Q6: How long does this screen last in direct sunlight?
A: With proper installation, the UV-stabilized polyester can last 5–8 years in typical outdoor conditions. The actual lifespan depends on local climate, UV intensity, and maintenance. The screen is resistant to fading and brittleness for a longer period than non-stabilized materials.
Q7: Do you provide samples before bulk order?
A: Yes, we offer free samples (A4 size) for standard colors. For custom colors, a sample fee applies and is refundable upon order placement. Please contact our sales team to request a sample.
Q8: What are the shipping options?
A: We ship via sea, air, or express courier. For bulk orders, sea freight from Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, or Foshan is the most economical. We can arrange FOB, CIF, or EXW terms as per your preference.
