RA series is an ultra-thin crossed roller bearing with integrated inner ring and split outer ring. Cylindrical rollers are alternately arranged at 90°. There are no pre-machined mounting holes on the rings, so external flanges are required for clamping installation.Preload can be adjusted during assembly to eliminate internal clearance and achieve high rigidity and high rotational accuracy.
This model is specially optimized for inner ring rotation. It's ultra-thin cross-section greatly saves axial installation space and serves as an ideal rotary component for miniaturized precision automation equipment.
Structures:
1.Integrated inner ring and split outer ring
The one-piece inner ring ensures stable rigidity. The split outer ring enables adjustable preload to remove clearance and achieve micron-level positioning accuracy.
2. Ultra-thin compact cross-section
Low thickness saves limited installation space and facilitates miniaturized & lightweight machinery design.
3. Multi-direction combined load capacity
The 90° crossed cylindrical rollers can bear radial load, bidirectional axial load and overturning moment simultaneously. One single bearing can replace multiple bearing sets to simplify mechanical design.
4. Roller spacer structure
Spacers separate rollers to prevent skew and direct contact friction, reducing starting torque and ensuring smooth and stable rotation.
5.Available precision grades
Standard P5 ；P4 high precision can be customized
6.Multiple sealing options
Open type, single seal (U) and double seals (UU) are available to suit clean laboratories and slightly dusty working environments.
