Product Overview
We are professional manufacturer of complete 33% industrial hydrochloric acid synthesis equipment, supplying standardized and customized anti-corrosion acid production systems for chlor-alkali supporting factories, metal surface treatment enterprises and environmental wastewater treatment plants. The complete set of equipment uses chlorine and hydrogen by-products from chlor-alkali electrolysis as raw materials, through fully closed synthesis, multi-stage circulating cooling and graded absorption to stably produce 33% standard concentration industrial hydrochloric acid. All medium contact parts adopt FRP, PTFE and graphite anti-corrosion materials, with built-in tail gas residual chlorine recycling absorption unit. This equipment can operate independently as a single acid-making workshop or integrated into the whole chlor-alkali EPC production line, featuring small floor area, low raw material waste and full automatic unattended operation.
Technical Principle
Chlorine gas and hydrogen gas from electrolysis workshop are precisely metered and proportioned according to stoichiometric ratio and delivered into graphite synthesis furnace. Stable hydrogen flame ignites chlorine to generate high-temperature hydrogen chloride mixed gas. High-temperature HCl gas enters multi-stage graphite cooling device to remove heat, then flows into graded packed absorption tower. Industrial circulating soft water is sprayed countercurrently to fully absorb hydrogen chloride gas, forming finished 33% hydrochloric acid liquid. Unabsorbed trace residual HCl and chlorine tail gas are sent to secondary alkali washing absorption tower for harmless treatment to realize zero gas emission. Online concentration sensor monitors finished acid concentration in real time, automatically adjusting circulating water flow to maintain stable 33% product index.
