Product Description
The 500 TPD Gold CIL Plant is a large industrial turnkey modular gold processing assembly line with a rated daily raw ore treatment capacity of 500 tons. It is the upgraded heavy-duty industrial version of 100TPD~300TPD medium and small CIL equipment, specially customized for large mining groups, large-scale new mine construction, major old mine renovation and large-capacity expansion projects. The whole set of equipment realizes one-stop full-process production, covering coarse crushing, fine crushing, staged grinding, pulp classification, thickening concentration, cyanide leaching, activated carbon synchronous adsorption, high-temperature & high-pressure desorption, electrolytic gold precipitation, tailings harmless solid-liquid separation and wastewater purification recycling. Widely applicable to oxidized gold ore, semi-oxidized gold ore, low-grade primary gold ore, polymetallic associated complex gold ore. Adopting national heavy industrial standard structure and reinforced mechanical parts, the plant supports 24-hour uninterrupted continuous high-load production, focusing on long-term stable large-scale commercial mining.

Working Principle
The equipment adopts internationally mature Carbon-In-Leach synchronous leaching & adsorption technology, which is more efficient than traditional separated CIP technology. First, massive raw ore undergoes multi-stage crushing and precise fine grinding to reach the required fineness, fully dissociating fine gold monomers from gangue minerals and laying good conditions for leaching reaction. After classification and thickening, qualified homogeneous ore pulp is evenly transported to dozens of series-connected leaching tanks. Under continuous forced aeration and mechanical stirring, cyanide solvent fully reacts with gold to convert solid gold into soluble gold cyanide complex ions. Different from CIP technology that separates leaching and adsorption, activated carbon is directly added to leaching tanks, capturing gold ions immediately after dissolution to prevent gold re-precipitation loss. Screened saturated gold-loaded carbon is conveyed to the desorption-electrolysis unit for gold desorption and electrolytic deposition to obtain crude gold. All wastewater and tailings enter closed-loop purification systems for recycling, realizing zero-discharge green mining production.
